We are seeking a Higher Executive Officer to work within the Human Resources function of the Business Services directorate of the new organisation. This person will also serve as a key specialist resource for the Authority’s oversight work relating to human resources and personal development.
This management position is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced person who can demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of relevant areas of training & development, recruitment, payroll and pensions, workforce planning, human resources services and HRIS systems. The person appointed to the role will gain unique exposure to key human resources issues, developments and “good practice” trends. This role combines oversight responsibilities to support the functions of the Authority which will leverage a candidates HRM experience. As a member of the Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the Authority by influencing its capacity to perform its functions effectively in a complex environment.
